At Muscleoxygen Nutrition, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and with transparency. Please read below to understand how we process and ship your orders, both within India and internationally.

📍 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • All locations across India
  • Select international destinations (visible at checkout)

🚚 Shipping Charges

🇮🇳 Domestic (India)

  • Free Shipping is available on all orders within India, including Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid orders.
  • No additional delivery charges are applied at checkout.

🌍 International

  • Shipping is chargeable and calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Free shipping is not available for international orders.
  • Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS once your order is confirmed and again once it is shipped.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Timelines

Domestic (India)

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Remote/Rural Areas: 5–7 business days

International

  • Typically delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to weather, operational delays, holidays, or customs checks.

📦 Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS once your order is shipped. You can use this ID to track your shipment through our courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and others.

🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

❌ Shipping Limitations

We do not ship to the following:

  • P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses
  • Countries restricted under international trade sanctions
  • Locations where courier service is unavailable

If we cannot ship to your address, our team will contact you immediately.

📬 Lost or Damaged Orders

  • If your package is lost or damaged, please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery.
  • Keep all packaging and provide photos of the damaged item to assist with courier claims.
  • While we are not liable for courier-related delays or damage, we will support you in resolving the issue as best as possible.
